Purpose of processing, category of personal data and processing basis

We regularly host contests/giveaways that you can choose to participate in voluntarily. We only process your personal data if you win a contest/giveaway. We process the following information: name, address, telephone number (SMS service) and tracking number (delivery). The information is processed for the purpose of contacting you in connection with the delivery of a prize in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation paragraph 6, pcs. 1 (f) (legitimate interest).

For how long do we keep your personal information?

Your information will only be kept for as long as it is deemed necessary in order to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected. In other words, your name, address and telephone number will be kept until the prize is delivered to you. It is our experience that delivery errors sometimes do occur, and therefore your tracking number will be stored for 6 months in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation paragraph 6, pcs. 1 (f) (legitimate interest).

Other recipients who can process your information

In case you win a competition/giveaway it may be necessary to disclose your information to a freight company, as it is in our best interest that your prize is brought to you safely in accordance with the nature of the Data Protection Regulation paragraph 6, pcs. 1 (f) (legitimate interest).

Transfer to third countries

If you are the winner of a social media contest/giveaway, we will contact you via Instagram’s and/or Facebook's messaging feature. In connection, your personal data is likely to be transferred to a third country since both Facebook and Instagram are based in the USA. In order to ensure a sufficient level of protection in the event of such a transfer, Instagram has signed the EU Commission’s standard contracts and Facebook has joined the EU-US Privacy Shield.

Your rights
